Good Day, been a while since I saw one of those.

Recipe for a good day.

  • Workout this afternoon (feels great to workout)

  • Blood Donation (My good deed for 56 days)

  • Martial Arts - Sparring class (Just awesome)

  • Whole wheat pasta /w feta for dinner (Simply irresistable)

  • Avatar DVD RIP (42 inch TV + S-Video cable + laptop = Terrific)
